 In karma yoga work is most important not it's efficacy.     One think of every monk of different regions of the world of different times that is they didn't think about their success but the path of succeed.  We have to behave in Majhhim pantha. It's mean is not to leave everything and not to collect everyone. Inspite of living a simple tension-less life.  Some monks were believed that the relief from burden of life with out leaving all relationships. They called the Tyagi.  In India there are several monks with several views of life. We can't be able to copy anyone's fully so we could use a common track.
